I'll make you laugh, or break my neck trying. This is usually accomplished with daily bouts of swimming, biking and running. A former "chub-a-holic," I got fit and healthy the good old fashioned way and went from a mid-pack athlete to top age group runner and triathlete. I'm a Writer and USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach. I guess that makes me part Tina Fey and part Jillian Michaels. Visit my coaching site at www.fomotraining.com

Are You Ready to Dot the M in 2009?

I Know I AM...

We've been working behind the scenes for months on what I hope becomes something big for those of us who love accomplishing great things. Marketing plans and proposals have been written and presented to those with "the power." Let's use our collective conscious to spread positive vibes to a movement that I believe has epic potential.

Together, we can Dot the M!

But... but... I wanted to wait until 2010!

Unless I win the lottery, that is.

Either one, actually - Kona or some multi-million-dollar jackpot. Huh. Funny how that works.

That would look awesome on a finisher's T-shirt. The ones you get now are lame.

Good luck with your plan! Right now I have no interest in doing an IM brand race but I'm all for going 140.6 in 2009. So maybe I'll dot the 1406? (Hmm, somehow I don't think that'll go very far ... ;-)

First, I'm just catching up on some blogs and I'm very sorry to read about your friend who died during the marathon. Very tragic.

2nd: I'm hoping to do IMWI 2010, so I'll be dotting the M then.

Will be very interested in reading everyone's posts on their 2009 events, though.
